General Questions
I created the CCI from my own lived experience of starting a business with no clear guidance or direction. I had coaches, and I participated in programs that gave me solid general business knowledge — but they often struggled to support someone building a service-based business model specifically.
Through that experience, I came to understand there's a real gap between theory and execution, and that I could help bridge it with clear, concrete strategy and outcomes. It took time, and a lot of learning from my own mistakes, but I eventually designed a repeatable process — one that gave me the foundation I needed, and now helps others build theirs.
The CCI is built specifically for early-stage consultants and solopreneurs building from scratch, on their own. If you've already got capital and a team, your needs are different. But if it's just you, figuring out the foundation by yourself — this is exactly the gap this session fills.
Trial and error is how every consultant learns — including me. I spent 2–3 years doing exactly that. The truth is that none of us learned how to be business owners or start businesses. This session doesn't replace that process. It shortens the most expensive part of it: figuring out where to start, and how.
Free mentorship is valuable — I had it too. But free advice is general advice. It's built on someone else's experience and path, not yours. This session is built entirely around you.
No. A business coach teaches frameworks and principles broadly. I'm a practitioner — with 25+ years of organizational development, systems design, leadership coaching, and consulting experience. I don't teach you how business works in general. I look at your specific situation and tell you what to do next. That's a different thing entirely.
Yes, of course! This session is actually designed for exactly that stage — you don't need a fully-formed business or plan to benefit from it. That's what we're here to help you build.
We do. We want to make sure you have the best possible experience, and we value integrity — so if at any point we feel you'd benefit from working with a business coach or consultant, we'll happily refer you to one.
Not at this time. We want to make sure you're getting a fully personalized, premium experience, which is harder to deliver in a group setting. That said, it's something we may offer in the future — stay tuned.

We will send you some pre work via email to help you start jotting down a few thoughts on where you are in your process before we talk. We'll do the real digging together during the session.

Payment Questions
The cost of the 90-minute session is $600.
Payment is due at booking via Stripe — secure checkout when you schedule your session. You can pay using card (debit/credit), Klarna on Stripe. For Venmo or Wave payments, please email us directly at hello@humaneinthemembranellc.com.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your meeting link and additional details after we payment. Please note that we will not be able to hold your session slot if payment has not been received.
